These legs are to be hung downstage from the City Backdrop, D 143, D 318, D 343, D 358, or D 120.  Legs are always hung a couple of pipes(batons) in front of the drop, and used to draw attention to the soloist standing in front of(downstage of) the leg.  Perfect for putting a spotlight on your actor/soloist, giving an "up close" version of your main drop.
