Nutcracker

Note: During the 2019 Nutcracker season we experienced many situations where our customers did not receive their backdrops in a timely manner. Kenmark will no longer rely on overnight shipping for our Nutcracker season.

Our new shipping schedule will entail shipping your backdrop(s) to arrive the Monday of your performance week. After your show ends, you will return the backdrop on the following Monday. You will have your backdrop(s) for two additional days at no additional cost, without the worry of a last minute overnight shipment. As always Kenmark is here for you. We look forward to providing superior service to you in the future for your Nutcracker Performances.

Payments for all Nutcracker and Holiday orders placed prior to May 1st are due on or before September 2nd. Orders placed after May 1st will be due October 1st. All orders placed after October 1st, are due within two weeks after placing the order along with the signed contract and security deposit. If you order within two weeks of your ship date, payment and deposit are due immediately. Payment by check is not accepted within two weeks of shipping.
